The purpose of this workflow detail is to produce the collateral needed to effectively deploy the product to its users.
Support material covers the full range of information that will be required by the end-user to install, operate, use, and maintain the delivered system. It also includes training material for all of the various positions that will be required to effectively use the new system.
Both the Technical Writer and Course Developer need to be articulate and
adept at creating information, written or otherwise, that is relevant from an
end-user perspective.
