The RUP Artifact: Design Model for your project should be created using Rational® Rose™ using the  Wylie College Model Template.

If the Rose model is created using this framework then it will automatically include an empty Design Model.  If the model is not created using the framework then add a <<model>> package (usually named Design Model) to the Logical View.

The model, and its contents, should be documented in accordance with the Analysis and Design Guidelines.
