Templates 
The RUP Artifact: Implementation Model for your project should be created using Rational® Rose™. No template is required.
If the Rose model is created using the Rational Unified Process Framework then it will automatically include an empty Implementation Model as part of the Component View. If the model is not created using the framework then add a <<model>> package (usually named Implementation Model) to the Component View.
The model, and its contents, should be documented in accordance with the Implementation Guidelines.
