PERT CHARTS

What Is It

A program evaluation and review technique (PERT) chart is as a common tool to manage time and cost. It can be used to manage a complex risk mitigation strategy along with its associated activities. It should illustrate a network of activity paths, including a critical path of activities, duration of activities, and the projected completion time of the project.
