MITIGATION STATUS REPORT

What Is It

A mitigation status report is a method for evaluating risk mitigation plans on a periodic basis. It may include both textual (risk status, root causes, and mitigation actions) and graphical information (Time Graph, Gantt and Stoplight Charts) to display risk information and indicators.
