ReviewsArtifacts identified as "formal deliverable" in this development case will be reviewed and approved by the customer at the appropriate Lifecycle Milestone Reviews scheduled in the Software Development Plan. In addition, all artifacts are to be reviewed informally by at least one other person on the project, who approves the artifact before it is considered complete for a given milestone. Any defects found during review which are not corrected prior to releasing for integration must be captured as Change Requests so that they are not forgotten.
