Demonstration Programs
This documentation is best viewed with a browser that
supports HTML frames and Javascript 1.1 or later. If you
have such a browser, ensure that Javascript is enabled.
If you do not have such a browser, or do not want to enable Javascript, a
nonframes, nonJavascript version of the documentation is available.
If you have trouble viewing PDF files, you might need to
configure a PDF reader. Here are some hints.

Release Notes
- Lists platforms supported, configuration requirements, restrictions
and known problems, compatibility among ObjectStore Java products, how to
obtain support.
API User Guide
- Provides information and instructions for managing databases,
working in transactions, storing, retrieving and updating data,
using collections, and running the Class File Postprocessor.
API Reference
- Contains reference information for each class in the Java interface
to ObjectStore. For each class, there is introductory material, an index
to member variables and methods, and descriptions of each variable
and method.
Developing ObjectStore Java
Applications That Access C++
- Provides all information needed to develop an ObjectStore
Java application that accesses C++. This includes concepts and
instructions for generating Java peer classes, writing the
code that uses peer classes, and building the application.
Tools Reference
- Provides reference information for osgc, osjcfp,
osjcgen, osjcheckdb, osjshowdb,
osjuphsh and osjversion.
Top-level README file
- Lists prerequisites and instructions for installing the
Java interface to ObjectStore.
CHANGES file
- Lists and describes new features, changes, and bug fixes in this
release.
